1996 saw the start of two separate businesses: Travel Motives, an incentive and event management company, and Audiovisual Technologies, an AV and staging company.  Both successful in their own right, in 2012 the businesses merged and rebranded as ThunderMark thus enabling us to provide a seamless in-house solution to events.  In 2012 we also had the opportunity to start a Recognition department when one of the industry’s most experienced Recognition practitioners joined ThunderMark.
